Rice – 2 Cups
Water – 5 Cups (Rice: Water Ratio should be 1:2 and a Half)
Milk – 1 cup
Curd – 3 Cups (You can add 1 additional Cup if You Want)
Salt- As Needed
For Tempering

Oil- 2 Tablespoon
Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
Urad Dal – 2 Tsp
Chana Dal – 1 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 Inches
Hing – ¼ Tsp
Green Chilis – 5
Red Chilis – 5
Cashews – 20
Curry Leaves – 20
Coriander – As needed
