Mirchi ka salan or curried chili peppers is a popular chili and peanut curry of Hyderabad, Telangana, India that usually accompanies Hyderabadi biryani alongside Dahi chutney. The dish contains green chili peppers, peanuts, sesame seeds, dry coconut, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, bay leaf, and thick tamarind juice.

INGREDIENTS FOR PASTE
Peanuts – 1 Cup
Coconut Powder – ½
Cup Sesame Seeds – ¼ Cup
FOR CURRY
Big Size Green Chilis – 20
(To Be Fried) Oil – 4 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves – 10
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – ¼ Tsp
Chopped Onions – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Grinded Masala Paste – Above Red
Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
Turmeric – ½ Tsp
Salt – As Needed
Tamarind Concentrate – 75 mg
