INGREDIENTS ( This Preparation is good for Good for 4-6 People )

Masala Ingredients:

Chopped Onions-3 ( Medium)
Chopped Tomato – 2 ( Medium)
Garlic – 8
Ginger – 2 inches piece
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Poppy seeds -1 tsp
Green Cardamon – 8
Cloves – 12
Cinnamom Stick – 1 inch
Cashews – 8

For Curry:

Oil – 5 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 10
Green Chilis – 4
Red Chill Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Masala Paste ( Above )
Corn – 2 ( Made into Pieces )
Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
Salt – As needed
Water- 1 Cup

Coriander leaves – For Garnishing at the end
