Lemon Juice 1 tsp

For Spice Powder

Green Cardamom – 10
Poppy Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tsp
Bay Leaves – 2
Cinnamon Stick– 3
Black Cardamom – 1
Star Anise -2
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Red chillies – 6
Cashews – 6
Mace – 2

For Chicken Fry

Oil 5 tsp
Chopped 0nions – 4
Ginger and Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 20
Red Chillies – 4
Green Chillies – 4
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
Cashews – 10
Coriander – 1 Hand full
Ghee – 2 tsp
Marinated Chicken
Spice Powder – 3 tsp ( Add 1 tsp more or less based on your Spice level )
Salt (As needed)
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
