Curry Leaves – 15
Cashews – 15
Chopped Onions – 2
Pearl onions (Baby onions) – 10
Ginger and Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Green Chili paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tsp
Chicken 1 kg
Spice Powder – 3 tsp
Curd – 200 gms
Coriander – 1 Hand full
Mint – 1 hand full
Soaked Basmati rice for 30 minutes – 3 Cups
Water – 4 and half cups (4 1/2 )
(Rice: Water ratio should always be 1:1.5 for best rice consistency)
